United We Tech

The goal of this campaign is to raise awareness of the critical role tech plays in turning the corner on a world with COVID-19 — at a time near the end of March where no one knew what the future of tech would hold but that it can have a positive impact.

Kickoff for the campaign started at the end of March 2020, with a 1-week turnaround for marketing and design to work in tandem to launch social media assets, emails and other communications. While those were being created, writers were creating articles that needed artwork and we additionally provided clients with assets for their companies to share.

Since this was a quick turnaround and the goal was high-visibility and share-ability across social media, we decided to align it with current company branding in brand guidelines, aesthetic and storytelling.

The Process

Quick turnaround. High empathy.

In a perfect world, this project would have a Sprint Zero, brainstorm, research, ideation + sketching, refinements and a curated launch over the course of weeks or months — however, as fast as our response to COVID in the U.S., we had to respond to others with an outreached hand.

To not depart from our standard brand by any length and alignment with the tone and messaging of a world-wide pandemic, a quiet and powerful line was most effective in after research and sketches following a team huddle, “United We Tech” was created.
